Human Resources Manager

• Experience on human resources procedures and in management position
• Minimum 4 years of experience in call center management
• Recruitment and people management

Skills Required:
• Bilingual 100% (english certifications).
• Call Center knowledge
• Labor relations
• Teamwork

• Customer orientation

Key Responsabilities:
• Executionof HR strategy and objectives
• Provide HR services to all employees
• Creation of performance action plans related to attrition and disciplinary KPI’s
• Ensure the execution of HR programs and initiatives
• Managing of site HR teams performance.
• Strategic partner to all department leaders for people management strategy
• Coordinate all functional/departmental directors to understand all necessary aspects and needs of Human resources, in order to execute all HR functions
• Establish and monitor communication channels with all employees
• Manage and control department expenditure within agreed budgets
